Biostimulants
Ever since its foundation, Green Has Italia has prioritized research towards more specific and effective biostimulants.
Recent studies have shown that losses in yields and revenue due to external agents constitute a reoccurring problem for many farmers.
The FAO has gathered some data highlighting that, between the finest yields, obtained in optimal conditions, and medium yields, a considerable margin can be detected, which biostimulants can help decrease, acting on the reduction of abiotic stresses, on the mitigation of the negative effects of climate change and on the improvement of the qualitative characteristics of the crops.
This will enable more food to be available at lower costs, will allow to reduce the loss due to low shelf-life and will grant the plants the possibility to optimally utilize the nutritional elements naturally present in the environment (nitrogen and phosphorus in particular).
For all the reasons presented above, Green Has Italia has decided to dedicate important resources to such specific products, offering today a wide range of formulations from mineral, organic and microbial matrix, whose uses cover the necessities of all phenological phases of the crops.
In support of this, Green Has Italia is also founding member of the EBIC (European Biostimulants Industry Council).
